1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any training program offered by Calance Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your admission. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment.

2. Enrollment and Admission

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full fee or agreed installment as per the payment plan. Calance Training reserves the right to deny or cancel admission if any provided information is found to be false or misleading. Seat allotment is subject to batch availability.

3. Course Fees and Payment

Course fees are clearly communicated during the counselling session. A 20% discount is applicable for the first batch (starting 20 September 2026) subject to availability. Fees are non-transferable to other students. Installment options, if offered, are subject to written agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. Students are advised to review the Refund Policy before enrolling. Calance Training reserves the right to amend the refund policy with prior notice.

5. Placement Support

Calance Training provides placement support including resume assistance, mock interviews, career guidance, and job referrals. Placement support does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

6. Job Guarantee Program

Calance Training offers a Job Guarantee Program as a separate, distinct program with specific eligibility criteria, conditions, and commitment requirements. This guarantee applies only to students who: • Complete 100% of the program curriculum • Maintain minimum attendance requirements as specified • Submit all assigned projects and assessments • Actively participate in all mock interviews and career preparation sessions • Meet the eligibility criteria communicated at enrollment The Job Guarantee Program is separate from standard courses and has its own fee structure and terms. Contact our counselling team for details. Calance Training is not liable for any employment claims beyond what is explicitly stated in the written Job Guarantee agreement.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct in all interactions — with instructors, peers, and staff. Misconduct, harassment, or violation of ethical standards may result in expulsion without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, presentations, and resources provided by Calance Training are the intellectual property of Calance Training. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any course material without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Calance Training is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from enrollment, course completion, or non-completion. Our total liability is limited to the course fee paid by the student.

10. Amendments

Calance Training reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, course curriculum, batch schedules, and fees with prior notice. Continued enrollment after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
